Refund Policy

Our policy is indefinite. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products at this time.
By purchasing products from you understand and agree that we do not offer refunds, returns and or exchanges. You can always contact us for any return questions at

Damages, Lost or Stolen:
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for your package. We strongly recommend to purchase Navidium Shipping Protection during checkout just incase your package is lost, stolen or damaged. (Please see our shipping policy for more details)
In the event that you do NOT purchase shipping protection and your package is lost, damaged or stolen, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier and or filing a claim.

Refunds for cancellations:
In the event that you choose to cancel your order, you must cancel your order BEFORE your order has been shipped. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
